Executive Track for Sports Security Professionals
The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) offers the Sport Security Executive Track, which provides safety and security professionals (Professional, Collegiate, High School and Marathon) with an accelerated pathway for professional and career development. The Executive Track is a unique opportunity that packages two DHS/FEMA approved sport safety and security training workshops together with a review course to prepare you for the Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP) certification.
The Executive Track ties the various components of the CSSP curriculum into a unifying framework that prepares participants for the CSSP examination. Participants have the opportunity to attend the Sport Event Risk Management (AWR-167) course and Sport Event Evacuation Training and Exercise (MGT-412) course in conjunction with the CSSP certification preparation course. The courses place special emphasis on the core knowledge domains of the CSSP certification, including Business and Facility Management, Emergency Planning, Emergency Management, Crowd Management, Legal and Regulatory, and Security Principles and Practice.
