The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4), at The University of Southern Mississippi, hosted the first annual National Intercollegiate Athletics Safety and Security Summit on January 28-30, 2014, at the National Center in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. 

The National Intercollegiate Athletics Safety and Security Summit served as the only annual combined meeting for personnel responsible for safety and security management at collegiate sports events in Division I, II and III institutions, as well as Athletic Conferences and BCS College Football Bowls. 

Invitees included:

• Campus/Local/State Police, Government Officials, Emergency Managers, Fire/HazMat and Emergency
Medical/Health Services
