Guest Services Representative Training Module

Customer Service plays a critical role in venue security.  You provide information and leadership to your guests and make them feel comfortable and safe while in your venue. Customer Service responsibilities include conflict resolution, information distribution and assistance with execution of safety and emergency procedures. 

The main purpose of Customer Service is to make the guest feel both welcome in the venue and confident in the ability of the venue staff to provide information and assistance in any situation. 

You will help other members of the safety and security team with maintaining order and ensuring safety and security. Your professional performance is critical and contributes to the overall success of the entertainment experience.
