Welcome
The third Annual National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition will focus solely on the sports safety and security industry, emphasizing the need to bridge the gap between event safety and security. The gathering of top professionals in the field will provide an environment dedicated to security/safety technologies, products, services, and education for safeguarding the assets and spectators we are charged to protect.
Subject matter experts and forum attendees will take an in-depth look at fan behavior factors causing violence; such as rivalry games, tailgating (parking lots), and the effects of alcohol consumption to name a few. In the latter half of the program, experts and attendees will see if there is a set of safety policies that can be agreed upon and implemented across the board to minimize the threat level for fans and venues.
